Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Three years of financial, budget or cost accounting analysis experience; healthcare environment preferred.
• Preferred HFMA CHFP and CPA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform complex data analysis on financial performance.
• Compile and report information for Financial Accounting, Internal Audit, Revenue Cycle and management.
• Develop dashboards and monthly indicators; support annual budgets and external benchmarks.
• Serve as liaison with Information Technology BI and other stakeholders as needed.
• Proactively identifies performance issues and researches solutions for improvement.
