Job summary

Houston Methodist Senior HR Generalist is sought to provide expert HR support for assigned business units, covering employee relations, policy interpretation, management coaching, talent acquisition, data analysis, and benefits knowledge in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will partner with leaders across the system, training HR staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and driving initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Four years HR experience, with 3+ in employee relations, organizational consulting, recruitment, compensation, or benefits.
• Professional HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Perform workforce data analysis to guide decisions.
