Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an organized HR Analyst to support People Operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role owns data integrity, reporting, benefits/401(k) administration, HRIS accuracy, onboarding and offboarding, and recruiting coordination for a regional ISP network.

The position suits a candidate with a few years in HR or People Operations who wants meaningful ownership of core HR infrastructure in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles with HR responsibilities.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups for reports.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or PEO platforms.
• Familiarity with New Jersey and New York employment law and multi-state payroll considerations.
• APHR/PHR/SHRM-CP certification or active progress toward one.
• Experience maintaining compliance records for a field or construction workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms and audit for errors.
• Build recurring reports on headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, overtime, and PTO usage.
• Support benefits administration and 401(k) operations, including enrollment changes.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and job description management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, NJ, and NY requirements and maintain records.
