Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, finance, economics, or related field required.
• 0–2 years HR-related work, internship, or co-op experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar data vis tools a plus.
• Experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft) or similar HR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles, compensation concepts, and employment laws recommended.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Gather, maintain, and analyze HR data to produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for HR leadership and management.
• Administer and maintain HRIS (PeopleSoft) including data changes, terminations, and payroll-related records; audit for accuracy.
• Prepare compliance reports (AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA) in a timely manner.
• Track headcount, open positions, and turnover; provide regular HR metrics for leadership.
• Monitor recruiting pipeline: candidate volumes, interviews, offers, hires; report time to fill/hire.
• Assist with annual compensation programs: merit increases, bonus calculations, incentive plan updates.
• Participate in external compensation surveys and benchmark positions.
• Prepare compensation analyses and pay range development, pay equity reviews.
• Support performance review process and documentation in HRIS.
• Assist benefits with monthly billing, enrollment data, and reconciliation.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions reflecting current duties and FLSA classifications.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements; maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Support HR Generalist duties as needed.
