Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group in North Canton, OH is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to manage employee transactions and workforce data within Paycom. You will review personnel actions, ensure accuracy, and support data audits while partnering with HR and operations to improve data quality.

Responsibilities include processing employee transactions, conducting routine data audits, generating reports, and creating training materials to reduce errors.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years HR administration, HR operations, HRIS, payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or another HCM system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Personnel Action Forms and employee transactions accurately and within service expectations.
• Audit employee data for accuracy, completeness and consistency; resolve discrepancies with HR/operations.
• Develop and maintain Paycom training materials, job aids and instructions; educate users on submission requirements.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and metrics; support ad hoc data requests.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
