Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to ensure accurate and timely administration of employee transactions across Paycom. You will review actions for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and partner with HR leaders to improve data quality.

The role also includes frontline Paycom support, regular data audits, training material development, and producing routine HR reports to support regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two or more years of HR administration, HR operations, HRIS, or payroll experience.
• Experience in a large, decentralized, or high-volume workforce environment preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or another HCM system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Personnel Action Forms and other employee transactions accurately and within established service expectations.
• Administer employee transactions including terminations, rate changes, transfers, and other lifecycle actions.
• Review submitted transactions for accuracy, approvals, dates, pay information, and supporting docs before processing.
• Identify questionable or incomplete transactions and resolve issues with HR or leaders before changes are entered into Paycom.
• Maintain documentation and records for employee transactions.
• Conduct recurring audits of employee information to identify errors or process breakdowns.
• Prepare and distribute recurring HR administration reports and track metrics.
