Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks an HR Solutions Partner I hybrid in Charlotte area. You will be primary recipient of Personnel Action Forms and Position Change Forms, validate requests, and route per HR processes.

You will manage employee data in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure payroll and reporting accuracy and support leadership with complete records. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, guiding managers on Master Data and position management in SAP, conducting data audits, training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree (4 years).
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred) or similar HRIS.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Confident and mature demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in SAP and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process Personnel Action Forms and Position Change Forms in ServiceNow.
• Validate requests and route per HR processes.
• Monitor and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead data audits in HCM for accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR staff, end-users, and senior management as SME on HCM data.
• Initiate technology service requests to update or develop HCM modules.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and policy standards; provide training to end-users.
• Assist in creating training tools and process manuals for HCM system use.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
