Amrize North America Inc. seeks a skilled HR Master Data Specialist to manage daily HR master data in core systems (SuccessFactors, SAP). The role reports to the HR Master Data Manager and ensures data integrity, governance adherence, and timely data modifications across North America.

The ideal candidate will drive data quality, support audits, and train HR teams on best practices, contributing to seamless HR operations during mergers, restructurings, and regular cycles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with HR data management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Owns data accuracy for HR master data changes in HRIS.
• Instructs field HR on data handling and creates SOPs.
• Performs routine data quality audits across HR systems.
