Job summary

Amrize seeks a HR Master Data Specialist to maintain and govern HR master data within SuccessFactors and SAP, reporting to the HR Master Data Manager. You will ensure frontline data entry adheres to governance standards and validate HR-initiated changes across core HR systems.

Responsibilities include leading data accuracy from change requests, training field HR across North America, performing routine data quality audits, handling org structure updates and mass uploads, and supporting

Qualifications

3–5 years of HR system administration or data entry experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

Own data accuracy from change requests and execute changes in HR data systems as needed.
Train field HR to align transactions with best practices across North America.
Run audits across SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies.
Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations.
Maintain an audit-ready environment for compliance and support HRIS testing.
Serve as frontline data partner for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
