Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst IV to support HR technology for a large enterprise in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid with four days onsite and focuses on bridging HR business processes with technical teams.

You will handle requirements beyond data mapping, perform SQL work, and contribute to Agile ceremonies as part of a product-model IT organization. Strong HR tech experience, especially SAP SuccessFactors, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/Business Analyst experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Comfort writing SQL, queries, joins, and selects.
• HR technology experience strongly preferred; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• No specific degree required; focus on experience and scale.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for HR systems and processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories and features for developers.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting across HR systems and integrations.
• Write SQL scripts, queries, and joins to handle data analysis directly.
• Work with highly confidential HR data, including compensation, benefits, and payroll information.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and partner with a product-model IT organization.
