Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a HR Master Data Specialist to oversee daily HR master data in SuccessFactors and SAP, ensuring governance and accuracy.

Reporting to the HR Master Data Manager, you will perform data changes, audits, and mass uploads, support audits, and train field HR across North America.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel with lookups and pivot tables; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data accuracy on change requests submitted to HR data systems.
• Train field HR teams to ensure correct transactions and maintain SOPs.
• Run audits across SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies and resolve issues.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal and external audits.
