Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to maintain and govern HR data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM. You will ensure data accuracy, perform audits, and support regulatory compliance while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

You will train field HR colleagues across North America, develop SOPs, and manage data changes during reorganizations and mergers. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication within a manufacturing-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and meticulous data accuracy.
• Experience supporting HR operations in manufacturing or related industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily execution and integrity of Amrize’s HR master data in core HR systems (SuccessFactors and SAP).
• Review, analyze, and release transactional and organizational data modifications.
• Conduct data quality audits and support regulatory compliance.
• Handle mass data uploads during reorganizations and major business changes.
• Train HR, Payroll, and Finance teams on data processes and SOPs.
