Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or IT solution delivery experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Hands-on SQL experience, including queries, joins, data analysis, and basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, gaps, and operational challenges.
• Create detailed business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into features and technical requirements for development teams.
• Support HR technology platforms and integrations across compensation, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and workforce management.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Develop data mappings and integration requirements across multiple platforms and data sources.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new HR technology capabilities.
• Provide Level 2 support for HR applications and integrations.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects and data issues.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and integration optimization.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and refine user stories, epics, and features.
