Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to manage daily HR data integrity across core systems like SuccessFactors and SAP. You will govern data changes, conduct audits, and support regulatory reporting while coordinating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes training, process documentation, and maintaining an audit-ready environment to ensure accurate downstream payroll and financial data.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience in HR/data roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables; keen eye for data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Ultimate Gatekeeper for data accuracy when change requests are submitted and complete changes in HR systems as needed.
• Train field HR on proper transactions and maintain work instructions; manage communications for system changes across North America.
• Run routine data quality audits in SuccessFactors and SAP; investigate discrepancies and ensure downstream payroll/finance data integrity.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations, mergers, or acquisitions.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal/external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Serve as frontline data partner, coaching HR, Payroll, and Finance on system workflows and SOPs; update training materials.
