Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Data Management & Reporting Manager to govern workforce data in Workday and ensure organizational structures, workforce records, and reporting data are accurate and compliant.

You will own data quality initiatives, mass data updates, and collaboration across HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence to support HR services and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of HR data management or HRIS experience.
• Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce data governance and data integrity within Workday.
• Manage data corrections, mass updates, and organizational structure changes.
• Develop and deliver regulatory, statutory, and compliance HR reporting.
• Create operational HR reports to support service delivery and performance.
