Job summary

Motion is seeking a Director, HR Operational Excellence to lead governance, performance management, continuous improvement, analytics, knowledge management, and project delivery within HR Operations. You will partner with senior HR leaders to implement standards, improve processes, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization, ensuring policy compliance and scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers and operational teams.
• Experience leading transformation, governance, reporting, analytics, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, workflow automation, reporting platforms, and employee service delivery technologies.

• Lead HR Operations Strategy, Governance, and priorities.
• Oversee Operational Excellence, Process Design, and Analytics.
• Drive knowledge management, policy governance, and documentation.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
