Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Workday Report Writer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions within Workday HCM. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations to gather requirements and deliver advanced reports and RaaS outputs supporting data-driven decisions.

Required: 3+ years in Workday reporting, expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields, and Prism data work. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields; hands-on Prism experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Build advanced, matrix, composite reports, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and operations to gather reporting requirements.
• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Assist with Workday upgrades, testing, and report validation.
• Document report logic and maintain reporting standards and catalogs.
