Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Director of HR Operational Excellence to lead governance, performance management, analytics, and continuous improvement across HR Operations. The role partners with senior HR leaders to implement standards, policies, and service delivery practices that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations Strategy & Governance in line with the company strategy.
• Drive Operational Excellence, including Knowledge & Policy Management and Reporting & Analytics.
• Oversee compliance, risk, and controls with rigorous governance.
• Advance technology enablement, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across HR Ops.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Establish performance metrics and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
