Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a skilled Workday Report Writer to design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions within Workday HCM. This role partners with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver custom reports using Workday tools.

You will create and maintain complex calculated fields, build Prism datasets, and ensure data integrity and security compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday reporting experience.
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields; hands-on Prism experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports for data-driven decisions.
• Build advanced, matrix, composite reports, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Document report logic and maintain reporting standards.
