Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an HR Data Transformation Intern. As a valued member of the HR team, this role will support the modernization of people analytics infrastructure by bridging business operations and HR data to help translate organizational challenges into actionable quantitative insights.
The intern will play a vital role in scaling data frameworks, optimizing reporting capabilities, and supporting analytics initiatives that help shape workforce strategies across the corporate and retail employee ecosystems. This role will work closely with HR business partners, People Solutions, Client Services, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The position requires 4–5 days per week on site, with regular availability across the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in New York and the Piscataway Client Services location.
