Job summary

WM is seeking an experienced HR Data Intelligence and Optimization Analyst III to transform complex HR data into actionable insights that support operating and strategic decisions. The role designs, develops, and maintains advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Python, with focus on automation and data-driven improvements across HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Analytics, I/O Psychology, or similar
• HS Diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience required
• 5–8 years of analytics, BI, reporting, data management, or related analytical discipline, incl. translating requirements into data-driven solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analyses of HR and workforce data to identify trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
• Perform data validation and QA to ensure integrity of HR reporting and analytics.
• Analyze workforce metrics related to turnover, retention, movement, planning, and effectiveness.
