Job summary

• 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, HRIS, shared services, or related operational support.
• Experience handling confidential information and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities with the HR Business Partner team and manage day-to-day HR workflows.
• Provide HR data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leaders.
• Support HR projects, prepare materials and PowerPoint decks, and document processes.
• Manage shared HR mailboxes, triage inquiries, and improve workflow automation.
