Job summary

CRC Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an HR Generalist to support the HRBP team with data, reporting, automation and day-to-day operations. You will maintain accurate HR data, develop recurring reports, manage HR inboxes, and help streamline processes through improved workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years in HR analytics, reporting, HRIS, shared services, or related operational support role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to compile, validate, interpret, and summarize HR data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to develop reports, trackers, charts, summaries, and executive-ready data outputs.
• Experience with HR systems, shared mailboxes, workflow tools, and reporting platforms; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Business Partner team to coordinate HR activities and support day-to-day HR workflows.
• Provide HR data and analytics support to HRBP leaders; compile, validate, and summarize workforce data.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Monitor and manage shared HR mailboxes; acknowledge, triage, route, track, and resolve inquiries.
• Create mailbox processes, templates, escalation paths, and tracking mechanisms to improve consistency and visibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Operations, HRIS, and Centers of Excellence to improve data quality and reporting.
• Support HR projects and operational priorities by gathering data and preparing materials and decks.
• Assist with employee relations intake and draft routine corrective action documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive data.
