Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking an HR Data Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for HR data, Workday configuration, benefits administration, and HR analytics. You will ensure data integrity across HR modules and build complex reports to support leadership decisions.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders, develop dashboards and regulatory reports, and drive data governance and quality across the workforce data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of related experience may be substituted with an associate's degree plus two years.
• Strong knowledge of HR data governance and reporting processes.
• Experience with Workday configuration and HR system administration.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex HR reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute HR queries and Workday reports.
• Produce functional HR reports using Excel to analyze trends and support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate regulatory and annual reporting requirements for HR.
• Configure and maintain Workday HR modules and data integrations.
• Document workflows and create SOPs to improve data accuracy.
