Austin Community College seeks an HR Data Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for HR data, Workday configuration, benefits administration, and HR analytics. You will ensure data integrity across HR modules and build complex reports and queries.

The role transforms workforce data into reliable reporting and insights, supports HR data governance, and partners with HR leaders, IT, Finance, and institutional effectiveness to keep data accurate, secure, and actionable.

Qualifications

• The HR Data Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for HR data, Workday configuration, benefits administration, and HR analytics.
• Ensures data integrity across HR modules, builds complex reports and queries, and manages data integrations while complying with regulatory and institutional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute simple to complex queries and Workday reports to analyze HR data.
• Produce functional HR reports using advanced Excel functions to analyze trends and support leadership decisions.
• Gather, audit, and compile HR data to fulfill open records requests, annual surveys, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the SACSCOC process for faculty credentialing, licensing, and compliance reporting.
