Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile HR data and metrics from HRIS.
• Generate complex data reports for VP HR.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and HRIS projects.
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Support HR processes with data and statistics.
• Contribute to system decisions and project scoping.
• Ensure VP of HR is informed on issues and status.
