Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst for a remote, open‑hourly contract role. The position involves supporting HR Operations by delivering workforce reporting and analytics across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

Collaboration with HRIS and HR teams is essential to ensure data accuracy, security, and timely insights. The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and the ability to respond to time‑sensitive data requests while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing accurate, actionable reports and dashboards supporting HR operations and decision‑making.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, including custom reports and calculated fields across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Learning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with ability to validate data, identify trends, and explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to assess reporting needs and translate them into reliable reports, dashboards, and recurring deliverables.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports, including calculated fields as needed.
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes; document definitions and controls.
