Qualifications

• Ongoing undergraduate in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, or related area of study.
• Data literacy and Excel proficiency required; ability to analyze data and tell insights.
• Interest in HR, people analytics, workforce technology, and use of AI tools in coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key HR priorities related to your project(s).
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface workflow insights for HR decisions.
• Participate in human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore and orchestrate AI tools to HR workflows and assess their usefulness ethically.
• Build partnerships across the business to influence and drive results.
• Present data-driven recommendations to HR leaders with stakeholder input.
• Engage in learning, mentorship, and networking during the summer.
