Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Undergraduate HR Intern for its summer program in Round Rock, Texas. You will work at the intersection of HR, data, and technology to support strategic HR initiatives and drive meaningful business impact.

You’ll develop foundational skills in HR, analytics, and people-centered solutions while collaborating with mentors, engaging in learning sessions, and presenting insights to HR leaders. Compensation is hourly and designed for internship feasibility.

Qualifications

• Ongoing undergraduate in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Communication, or related area of study.
• Interest in HR, people analytics, workforce technology, or the intersection of data and people.
• Data literacy and Excel proficiency.
• Strong drive for results, curiosity, and learning agility.
• Effective collaborator with strong communication across teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive HR priorities related to projects with independent and collaborative work.
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface insights for HR decisions.

• Explore AI tools to augment HR workflows and assess ethical outputs.
• Build strategic partnerships across the business and influence results.
• Present recommendations and data-driven insights to HR leaders.
