Qualifications

• Ongoing graduate student in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, or related area.
• Interest in HR, people analytics, workforce technology, or data-human intersection demonstrated via coursework or projects.
• Data literacy with data trends and insights; Excel proficiency required.
• Strong drive, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
• Effective collaboration across teams and functions.
• Experience using AI tools in coursework or projects and applying to business challenges.
• Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools, or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive HR priorities related to your project(s) and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface insights for HR decisions.
• Participate in human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore and orchestrate AI tools in HR workflows with ethical verification.
• Build partnerships across the business and influence results.
• Present data-driven recommendations to HR leaders and stakeholders.
