Qualifications

• Graduate student in MIS/Analytics/I/O Psychology/HR or related field.
• Interest in HR analytics, workforce tech, or the intersection of data and people.
• Data literacy and Excel proficiency.
• Strong drive for results, curiosity, and learning agility.
• Collaborative with strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key HR priorities related to your project(s), working both individually and collaboratively to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface workflow insights and inform HR decisions.
• Participate in human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore and orchestrate AI tools in HR workflows and assess outputs ethically.
• Build strategic partnerships across the business, applying change management and market awareness.
• Present recommendations, data-driven insights, and results to HR leaders with stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in learning and development sessions, mentorship, and professional networking during the summer.
