Job summary

Herzog Contracting Corp. in St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and HR administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle scheduling, data entry, reporting, and processing of HR invoices while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accuracy. A proactive, self-motivated mindset and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, pre-employment, federal compliance and onboarding related tasks which includes an extensive amount of tracking, auditing and filing.
• Support full-cycle recruiting process with a variety of administrative duties.
• Assist with onboarding process including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of payment for all HR related invoices.
• General data entry and record keeping
• Audit, track and maintain a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Comply with federal and state regulations as well as contract adherence.
• Ensure security of confidential information
• Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
• Other duties as assigned.
