Job summary

PENN Entertainment's Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking an HR professional to partner with leaders and manage recruitment, investigations, and performance management. You'll guide leadership on policy interpretation, labor law compliance, and talent development while maintaining confidentiality and delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 21+ years, a relevant degree, and union experience is a plus; flexibility to work various shifts may be required in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years HR or supervisory experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience in a labor environment with unions is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; iCIMS and Ultipro experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to meet department needs.
• Coordinate internal and external recruitment efforts with Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct investigations and manage employee relations issues.
• Provide performance management guidance to leadership.
• Support training programs and compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Collect HR data and identify trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain high standards of service.
