The role requires an Associate’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams in a spacious campus environment with a hybrid/onsite setup and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework required.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative duties for HR and payroll.
• Support recruitment, record retention, training records, and compliance initiatives.
• Document and maintain compliance for NYS DOL, OFCCP, OSHA, and others.
• Assist with recruitment and on-site events, including setup and teardown.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns.
• Generate reports and maintain HR data and annual calendar.
