REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. in Victor, NY is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide full-time, on-site support for HR and payroll.

The role partners with HR and payroll on recruiting support, record retention, training documentation, and employee-focused services while maintaining a compliant cadence with key agencies. You will assist with core HR operations, recruitment, documentation, and ongoing compliance activities, support employee questions, and help generate reports and maintain

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework required.
• Basic understanding of HR functions, reporting, and record keeping requirements.
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform administrative duties supporting HR and payroll.
• Support recruitment activities, record retention, and training records.
• Help maintain compliance standards with NYS DOL, OFCCP, OSHA.
• Assist with recruitment and other events, including on-site setup and teardown.
• Respond to employee questions and support requests.
• Assist with generating reports, maintaining accurate data, and supporting an HR annual calendar.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
