Partnership Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, handling employee lifecycle processes, compliance, leave administration, inquiries, and general HR tasks. This remote role requires living in the greater Albany, NY area and offers $23–$25 per hour with full-time benefits.

Formación

• 1–3 years of HR experience and a high school diploma are required.
• Administrative customer experience and an associate degree or higher are preferred.
• Strong computer skills with HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR to respond to benefit inquiries and guidance on policies, programs, and procedures.
• Support benefits administration, including employee communications, open enrollment, deductions, and maintenance of records.
• Maintain accurate employee and HR databases; prepare routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire support, terminations, PTO payouts, and verifications.
• Process unemployment claims, leave requests, and PSLF applications; monitor HR inbox.
• Maintain HR and benefits SharePoint content and work with Payroll on deductions.
