Job summary

International Education Corporation (IEC) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Irvine corporate team. The role focuses on administrative and operational support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, compliance, leaves, benefits, and offboarding.

This on-site position collaborates with campus OAs, employees, managers, and the Irvine Support Team to ensure timely HR processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, leaves, offboarding).
Experience with an HRIS; Paycom preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of HR admin practices, confidentiality, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

Partner with campus OAs in preparing and distributing offer letters and new hire documentation.
Process and monitor onboarding activities to ensure tasks and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate employee information and records within Paycom.
Monitor onboarding and offboarding data for accuracy and reporting consistency.
Assist with all areas of the employee lifecycle, including leaves and terminations.
Respond to employee HR inquiries and prepare employment verification letters.
Generate HR reports and data listings as needed, using Excel.
Design and deliver PowerPoint presentations related to HR processes and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team for day‑to‑day activities.
