Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, within the HRIS.
• Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and managers, escalating complex issues.
• Partner with the RPO to facilitate the candidate pre-boarding process and upload and manage new hire documentation.
• Process unemployment claims and employment verifications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure employee communication boards are current and informative.
• Support HR Business Partner with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing employee events, such as open enrollment, recognition programs, and company-wide meetings.
