Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, orientation sessions, and HR meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and new hires.
• Partner with managers to support recruiting and workforce planning.
• Assist with job postings, background checks, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel and candidate records in systems.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and record retention.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media content and outreach.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide administrative support to HR Manager and team.
• Assist with special HR projects as assigned.
