Job summary

Integra Resources Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support and drive HR processes in a fast-paced environment. The role involves HRIS data entry, onboarding, benefits administration, and coordinating communications and events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources and at least 2 years of HR experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Mining industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in mining.
• Experience with Paycor (HRIS) and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and help drive HR processes and initiatives.
• Enter HRIS transactions, audit entries, and support onboarding and recruiting.
• Create employee communications and assist with benefits administration.
• Support event planning, recognition programs, and HR metrics analysis.
• Respond to employee inquiries and manage confidential information.
