Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 0–2 years HR or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and employment law fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and compliance.
• Process payroll for refinery employees using Kronos with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain privacy and data protection in HR systems and records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on interviews and recruitment activities.
• Generate reports and support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking.
