Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Benefits support: primary contact for benefit tickets and enrollments.
• Assist with onboarding & offboarding, I-9 verification, and enrollment processes.
• Guide employees to self-service tools and educate on usage.
• Support new hire and life event enrollments and COBRA processes.
• Assist with LOA/FMLA inquiries and policy questions.
