Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year HR-related experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee data changes and payroll data in ADP WFN.
• Communicate benefits information to employees, enroll employees, process changes to their status, maintain benefits files, and support Benefits Manager in investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements for benefits.
• Assist with internal and external recruitment, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential HR records and respond to employee inquiries, recommending changes to achieve compliance.
• Provide support and backup for safety and health incidents.
