Job summary

Dg-Foods,-LLC is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Clerk to prepare, maintain, and process employee payroll records and benefit transactions. You will work under the Payroll Manager, ensuring accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role involves coordinating with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and benefit providers, maintaining data in ADP, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Prior accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and benefits administration is required or preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive payroll data.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely per company policies.
• Maintain employee payroll records in ADP and update deductions, direct deposits, and hires/terminations.
• Administer and enroll employee benefit plans and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with carriers and vendors.
• Support ACA tracking and compliance as needed.
• Perform clerical admin duties and maintain files and records.
