Job summary

B&G Foods Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support payroll, benefits, recruitment and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.

You will assist with ADP WFN data, benefits administration and policy implementation. You will help ensure compliance with government regulations, maintain confidential HR records, and coordinate site-specific events and initiatives, contributing to a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of HR experience required.
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll data changes and HR tasks in ADP WFN.
• Communicate benefits information, enroll employees, and process status changes; support Benefits Manager.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting for benefits.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes; post jobs and schedule interviews.
• Maintain confidential HR records and address employee concerns; support improvements for compliance.
• Provide support on safety initiatives and site events.
