Qualifications

• 2–5 years of total professional experience in HR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities.
• Professional communication with coworkers and business contacts.
• Ability to work with general supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP WFN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager, HR with recruitment: posting openings, scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, preparing offers, reference checks, background checks.
• Support onboarding in ADP, conduct orientations, file new hire paperwork.
• Perform HRIS data entry and maintain employee files, including medical files.
• Create company newsletters and employee spotlight postings.
• Assist in developing and managing employee training programs and awards.
• Manage job description updates.
