Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Hastings, MN is seeking an HR Coordinator to grow your HR career through recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations. This hands-on role offers exposure to hiring processes and HRIS data management.

You will conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, lead new hire onboarding, maintain records, and collaborate with managers across departments. This in-office, Monday–Friday position provides a full benefits package and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting hiring processes, candidate communication, or employee onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Workday experience is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Lead new hire onboarding and help create a positive first-day experience.
• Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR questions and day-to-day support.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR initiatives across multiple departments.
