Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an HR Coordinator in Lindsay, NE to support a dynamic HR team and help foster a people-first workplace. The role includes recruitment support, new hire orientation, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration, with compliance and reporting duties.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR support, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with SuccessFactors a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Lead new hire orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR data entry and reporting.
• Help employees with benefits enrollment and act as liaison with benefits providers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and assist with audits.
• Support HR projects such as wellness programs, employee engagement events, and communications.
• Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling and document preparation.
