Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator in Franklin, NH. You will be the first point of contact for HR, manage HRIS data entry (Workday, ServiceNow, UltiPro), and support payroll queries while assisting with reporting and special HR projects.

Collaboration with HRBPs and Managers across the region is key, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement. This role is based at our manufacturing facility in Franklin and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR team and HRIS data entry (Workday, Service Now, UltiPro).
• Support HRBPs with monthly reporting and presentations.
• Facilitate exit interviews and immigration support; assist with termination actions.
• Triage employee questions and liaise with HR Partners and Managers.
• Provide project support for Workday, Talent, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
