Job summary

Watts Water in Franklin, NH is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support the HR team on-site. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and manage HRIS data entry and payroll notifications using Workday, UltiPro, and Service Now.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist with monthly reporting, employee inquiries, terminations, and special projects across Talent, Learning, and Recruitment while upholding Watts values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter data into HRIS and payroll systems for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Support HRBPs with reporting and presentations.
• Facilitate exit interviews and immigration support.
• Provide project support in Workday, Talent & Learning, and Recruitment.
• Collaborate with the HR team and manage miscellaneous duties as assigned.
